Mansfield 630-7066 Service Kit For the 03, 09, and the QX16 Ballcocks. This service kit comes with two pivot thumb screws, and the plunger and seat ring. Also the plastic seat comes in this kit. Also all of the parts in the 630-7066 are genuine parts from Mansfield. The two pivot screws are brass. Therefore they are stronger and more reliable than plastic screws.

The plunger and seat ring are rubber to create a seal. This prevents leaks inside of the Ballcock. Rubber is used in to create seals or gaskets. Because it is very flexible and easy to use. It also will seat against things creating a seal. The seat ring in this service kit has two layers. If you look closely in the pictures of the 630-7066 you can see.
